7-14 business days for entire process, shipping and delivery.

We ship within the United Kingdom with Royalmail. For international orders we use FEDEX / DHL

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds on wigs for hygienic reasons. We do offer refunds with the return shipping cost deducted for bundles and frontals returned to us exactly as they were shipped. Brand new and in packaging.

Orders are final once made and cannot be cancelled but if we are contacted within an hour of order being placed we are happy to accommodate changes if possible.

How are your wigs made?

Our wigs are all hand made.

We offer custom handmade wigs as we do not believe in chopping bundles up  for convenience. Cutting wefts damages the strength of the threads holding hair in place which will result in hair shedding a LOT!

How many bundles are in your wigs

Our custom handmade wigs consist of 3 bundles

Clients have the option of contacting us if they would like a wig that consists of 4 or more bundles to be made as extra bundles come at an additional charge
